Rain Washed

The Garden is deserted -- dark and depressing...

What can be said of another rain soaked morning – even more dark and depressing than what we saw last Saturday? On days like this, who turns up and who doesn’t ceases to matter – so long as we are able to pull through the exercises with a smile. Nine of us today did just that and dispersed in time to escape the next major downpour.

Lt Col Angad Singh (retd):
It rains cats and dogs in certain places and only at certain times. Other places are still going hot, stuffy and dry. Very strange weather. But keep laughing and enjoying.

Karun Sharma:
I was also ready, but was not prepared to take the risk as I have a two-day Internal Auditor assignment coming up on July 18 and 19. I shall have to leave early tomorrow considering the rain risk. Did any of us make it to the Garden today?
