Cash collection for tomorrow's Baahubali show

Our members are in the mood to watch a movie. Yesterday it dawned upon them that they had not gone for a movie together since the Aamir Khan potboiler, Dangal. That was four months back (ref post of January 4). So what do they decide to make up for lost time? Baahubali 2: The Conclusion.
Predictable as this may sound, what seemed rather odd was that our regular movie buffs – who include Santosh Tyagi, Shekhawat, Yusuf Rassiwala, Bijoy Gupta, Arun Patil, Bhaswati Bose -- have not

got to watch the film yet on their own. This, despite the fact that it is already two weeks old and has been setting the box-office on fire across India.
A lavishly mounted costume drama, Baahubali 2 is actually a non-Bollywood production (there is a Telugu version as well) over two hours long, with people like Prabhas, Rana Daggubati and Anushka Shetty leading the cast. The plot line in not relevant now (as it is no longer a secret). What matters is that this special effects extravaganza has been breaking box-office records everywhere and is rumoured to have already generated more revenue than Pakistan’s annual GDP. So much for the hype!
Meanwhile, news comes in of Kanta Sharma not completely out of the woods as yet (ref post of February 24). Her son, Aaryan informs that she will have to be hospitalized again today. A check-up yesterday revealed that a critical medical procedure required earlier had not been done, thus leaving her in distress.
The lady has been suffering for too long. Let us all pray for her recovery. Sooner the better.
